Property Description

This project focused on the redevelopment of the historic two-story Chicago Brau Haus property in Lincoln Square on Chicago’s North Side. Though modest in size, the project posed complex challenges from the start, including historic preservation requirements, zoning and building code constraints, re-use limitations, zero-lot-line conditions, groundwater management, and adjacent construction restrictions. Completed 2021. *This particular project was completed through prior professional affiliations and presented to demonstrate the depth of our team’s individual experience and expertise.
