This project consisted of the interior and exterior retrofit and redevelopment of an existing 140,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility for Garrett Popcorn. DCS's scope of work included the decommissioning and demolition of portions of the existing food production facility, followed by extensive interior renovations to modernize and expand operations. The renovation included significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, installation of new food processing and manufacturing lines, mixing and bagging systems, and improvements to employee support areas, including meeting rooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and other workplace amenities. The project also encompassed exterior building enhancements, including façade upgrades and site improvements featuring both hardscape and landscape elements.Through careful planning and coordination within an active industrial environment, DCS successfully transformed the facility into a modern, efficient manufacturing and distribution operation capable of supporting Garrett Popcorn's continued growth and production needs. *This particular project was completed through prior professional affiliations and presented to demonstrate the depth of our team’s individual experience and expertise.
