Property Description

This project involved the environmental cleanup and redevelopment of a former rail cartage and storage facility strategically located between the Illinois Tollway and Allstate Arena in the rapidly growing City of Des Plaines, Illinois. The approximately four-acre site required extensive soil remediation and removal activities to prepare the property for new commercial development. Upon completion of the site improvements, the development included construction of an 11,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail and restaurant building as well as a 5,000-square-foot Outback Steakhouse. DCS coordinated the site remediation, infrastructure improvements, and vertical construction to transform an underutilized industrial property into a vibrant commercial destination. Through careful planning and execution, the project successfully delivered a modern retail environment that supports continued economic growth and development within the surrounding corridor. *This particular project was completed through prior professional affiliations and presented to demonstrate the depth of our team’s individual experience and expertise.
