DCS renovated a former grocery store within an occupied retail center, transforming the space into the Rustic Fox Retail Marketplace, a boutique destination featuring a curated collection of vintage, antique, repurposed, handcrafted, and specialty home décor, furniture, gifts, apparel, and lifestyle products. The project encompassed more than 35,000 square feet and included the replacement and upgrading of major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as a complete interior build-out. Construction was carefully coordinated within the active shopping center to minimize disruption to existing tenants and ongoing operations while delivering a unique retail environment for both vendors and customers. *This particular project was completed through prior professional affiliations and presented to demonstrate the depth of our team’s individual experience and expertise.
